Jean-Sébastien Cyr



A serial entrepreneur with nearly 25 years of experience in business start-ups and consulting, Jean-Sébastien is fueled by projects. After completing his master’s degree in Administration, with a specialization in International Marketing, he began his career as a consultant for KPMG Canada. He then launched his own consulting company in sales management and marketing, Equatio Marketing and Exportation Inc. Through this project, he has intervened with hundreds of multisector businesses and training programs, providing insight on problematics such as sales and marketing management, business management, business development, business launches as well as the sector of innovation, in Canada, the United-States and Europe. It is in the context of his intervention in innovation that he then decided to enter a technological transfer agreement and launch Technologies Demtroys, a business centered around energy efficiency applied to real estate. Recipient of several prizes, the company became the Canadian leader in its industry with 50% of market shares. After 10 years of development, Jean-Sébastien sold the business in 2019 to focus on new projects. Today, he is involved in entrepreneurship, sales and marketing management and innovation through his role as a business coach.
