Louise holds a Master’s degree in Digital Strategy at University of San Francisco. Expert in digital business transformation and data governance. She has over 20 years’ of experience in business and digital marketing. She has held senior management positions as Associate Vice-President, Marketing, Donations and Sponsorships at the National Bank and Vice-President, Corporate Marketing at Cirque du Soleil. At RONA, she held the position of Senior Director, E-Commerce and CRM, where she was responsible for the strategy and implementation of new B2C-B2B e-commerce sites, as well as operations and strategy for omni-channel digital marketing, CRM and Air Miles. She has also acted as Consulting Director at Sid Lee, Cossette for accounts such as Air Canada, Bell and BRP.
