Throughout Patricia’s career, strategy, customer-centric marketing, digital transformation and Go To Market have been essential in B2B and B2C technology companies. Her expertise in SaaS and PaaS ranges from complex IT solutions to healthcare technology. From telecommunications (British telecom, MCI), IT systems (Global Crossing) and healthcare technology (TELUS Health), to airline strategy at Amadeus, Patricia has worked in many locations around the world. Born in France and educated in the U.S., Patricia holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy and International Marketing from Temple University in Philadelphia and a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing from ECEMA in France. A well-known speaker at many international events, she also lectures for prestigious European business schools (SKEMA, EDHEC, ENAC).
