About

Robert holds a master’s degree in political science with an international relations orientation. After completing his studies, he worked at the MEDEA Institue, a think tank focused on cooperation and dialogue, eventually rising to the position of Secretary General. Alongside political and para-diplomatic duties, he has organized and given conferences in several countries. At the same time, he founded United Networks in 1996, specializing in customized web transactional applications. He has participated in the success of numerous e-commerce transformation projects across various sectors, collaborating closely with clients in a co-creation approach.

Passionate about entrepreneurship, he was a longstanding member of the Association Progrès du Management (APM). He was also part of the Brussels Entreprendre Network (support for entrepreneurs by entrepreneurs) and was a strategic advisor for the program intended for the training of SMEs by a high management school (ICHEC). More recently, he became a mentor with the Futurpreneur Canada organization.

Robert also had a competitive career in paragliding, achieving championship titles in Belgium and Canada. This sport has allowed him to gain expertise in the areas of mental management, risk and issue management, which he applies in his daily work.

Aware of the issues linked to planetary limits, Robert has dedicated over five years to promoting and implementing sustainable and responsible practices within companies.
